What is the Money Time Pond?

The Money Time Pond is a pool of leads generated directly from our website. As an agent, you can sign up for 3-hour time slots during which you are responsible for actively working these leads. This is not just about answering calls - it’s about proactively reaching out to prospects during your scheduled shift.

Requirements to Sign Up:

• Training Attendance: Participation in all DCM and Reside agent trainings is required.
• Active Commitment: Signing up means committing to actively working leads during your 3-hour shift. This includes making the required calls and following all guidelines.
• Meeting Attendance: Attendance at all team meetings is required unless you are excused. If you need to be excused, please notify your Group Leader ahead of time.
• Logged Conversations: Agents must have a minimum of 15 conversations lasting two minutes or more logged in Follow Up Boss (FUB) before signing up. To verify this:

          - Log in to FUB.

          - Click on the Reporting tab.

          - Navigate to Conversations to check the conversation metrics.

Rules:

1. Time Slot Sign-Up:

• Agents may sign up for three time slots per week.
• One day per month, agents may book the Money Time Pond for a full day.
• Any unclaimed slots within 48 hours of their start time will be open to all agents.

2. Timely Callbacks: You must return calls within 5 minutes of receiving a lead.

3. Call-Only Policy: Communication is limited to calls only - no voicemails or text messages are permitted.

4. Call Requirements During Your Shift:

• Call through the Money Time Pond list twice during your 3-hour shift.
• All calls must be made in Follow Up Boss (FUB).
