  • Complete Your DISC Assessment

    Understanding your personality and communication style is essential for building strong relationships with clients and team members. Complete the DISC assessment and email your results to our admin team at admin@phrealtyteam.org for review.

  • Submit Your Goals Worksheet

    Success in real estate starts with a clear plan. This worksheet helps you define your professional goals, income targets, and the steps you’ll take to achieve them.

  • Schedule Your Headshots

    A professional headshot is a vital part of your personal brand. Hannah, our Marketing Manager, will be in touch to schedule your photo session. We’ll coordinate a time to capture high-quality images that will be used for your website, social media, business cards, and other marketing materials, ensuring a polished and consistent brand image that represents you professionally.

  • Group Leader Assignment

    To help guide you through the onboarding process and beyond, we assign all new agents to a Group Leader. Your Group Leader will:

    • Assist you through onboarding
    • Answer any questions you may have
    • Provide continued guidance through your first listing and buyer transactions

Broker, License & Board: Getting Official

To begin your real estate career with PH Realty Team, you’ll need to complete a few essential steps to ensure you’re fully licensed, compliant, and ready to operate in the market. This process connects you with our brokerage, industry boards, and MLS systems, giving you the tools and access needed to succeed.
  • Join eXp Realty

    PH Realty Team operates under eXp Realty, our trusted brokerage partner. As part of your onboarding, you’ll complete eXp’s enrollment process to activate your real estate license, gain access to valuable resources, and connect with a nationwide network of real estate professionals.

  • Join TBOR (Texarkana Board of Realtors®)

    Since TBOR also serves as the MLS, membership is essential for listing and accessing properties. Here’s how to join:

    • Complete the TBOR Membership Application – Visit TBOR’s website or contact their office at 870-774-6452.
    • Pay Membership Dues & MLS Fees – TBOR requires payment of annual dues and MLS fees to activate your membership.
    • Complete New Member Orientation – Attend TBOR’s mandatory orientation session to learn about MLS rules, ethics, and member benefits.
    • Set Up Your MLS Access – Once your membership is approved, you’ll receive login credentials to the MLS platform, enabling you to list properties and access market data.

Documents to Sign & Return: Finalizing Your Onboarding

As part of the onboarding process with PH Realty Team, you’ll need to complete a few important documents to ensure compliance and officially activate your status as an agent. All documents will be securely sent to you via DocuSign from lauren@phcompanies.org for easy review and electronic signature.
  • Independent Contractor Agreement

    The Independent Contractor Agreement outlines the terms of your working relationship with PH Realty Team. It details your roles and responsibilities, commission structure, team expectations, and other important guidelines that define your position as an independent real estate agent.

  • W-9 Form

    The W-9 Form is required for tax purposes. It collects your taxpayer identification information, which PH Realty Team uses to report your earnings to the IRS. This form ensures that your income is accurately documented for end-of-year tax reporting.

  • Moving Truck Reservation/Usage Policy

    The Moving Truck Reservation & Usage Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for the responsible use of PH Companies’ moving truck, provided exclusively for PH Realty Team clients. This policy ensures a smooth, efficient, and safe moving experience, supporting agents in delivering exceptional service during their clients' transitions.

    You’ll receive an email invitation to set up your Follow Up Boss account. Follow the instructions to get started and customize your profile.


    ✔ Upload Your Sphere of Influence

    Import your existing contacts to create an organized, centralized database. This helps you track interactions and stay connected with your network effortlessly.


    ✔ Business Phone Number Assignment

    You will be assigned a business phone number through Follow Up Boss. This number will automatically forward calls to your personal phone via the FUB app, allowing you to maintain a professional image while keeping business and personal calls separate.

  • Lockboxes

    Lockboxes are a critical tool for securely granting property access to buyers’ agents during showings. TBOR requires the use of Sentrilock lockboxes, which offer secure, app-controlled access to your listings.


    Important: There is a fee for Sentrilock, which is the agent’s responsibility.

  • Business Cards

    You’ll receive a business card template that you can use as-is or customize to fit your personal style.     Agent Quick Start Training is designed to help you hit the ground running with Ylopo tools and strategies. You'll learn how to efficiently work your Ylopo+CRM, follow up with leads, and build a strong foundation for long-term success


    What does this training cover? Participants will learn how Ylopo integrates with their CRM, use Stars tools to nurture leads, Branded sites tools to convert leads, and use the home search site and branded site to grow their database. Additionally we give them the steps on getting started like completing the APQ, completing online training, and attending coaches office hours to help convert leads.  We will also be sending each agent that attends a guide of the tools reviewed on training, tools not reviewed on the training, and next steps to getting started with Ylopo and finding success.

    • Annual Business Planning Session: A comprehensive session to map out your yearly goals, strategies, and action plans for growth.

Meetings: Staying Connected & Engaged

Regular team meetings are an essential part of staying informed, motivated, and connected with the PH Realty Team. They provide valuable opportunities to learn, share updates, and collaborate with your fellow agents and leadership.
  • Weekly Sales Meeting

    We hold a mandatory Weekly Sales Meeting every Monday at 9:00 AM. These meetings cover:

    • Sales strategies and market updates
    • Team announcements and new listings
    • Success stories and best practices
    • Ongoing training tips and motivation
    • Attendance is required for all agents. If you’re unable to attend, you must notify your Group Leader in advance.
